Terms of Programme
All applicants of the programme are required to fulfill the following terms:
Criteria:
- Min. 18 years old AND
- Valid CPR-AED Certification
- Current/Retired Coach/National Athlete
- Outstanding results and contributions to the development of athletes and coaching in the sport
- Evidence of positive influence on athletes, coaches, and overall sports ecosystem
- Coaching for at least 5 years and actively coaching in the past year at any level
- Be a current NROC Coach
- Understanding of Values & Principles (VPS) or its equivalent
