The seminar will be led by industry expert, Jeremy Ng, Master Instructor – National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) who has extensive experience in both corrective exercise and performance training. The misperception that corrective exercise is for clients with movement deficiencies and performance training for high level athletes. This session seeks to give a refreshed perspective on closing the gaps between corrective exercise and performance training.
