This seminar is designed to help fitness professionals understand the distinctions between these two approaches to exercise and fitness. The seminar will be led by industry expert, Jeremy Ng, Master Instructor – National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) who has extensive experience in both corrective exercise and performance training. The misperception that corrective exercise is for clients with movement deficiencies and performance training for high level athletes. This session seeks to give a refreshed perspective on closing the gaps between corrective exercise and performance training.

By the end of the seminar, attendees will have a clear understanding of the differences between corrective exercise and performance training, and the best practices for designing and implementing programs that incorporate both approaches. They will leave with practical tools and strategies that they can apply immediately in their work with clients and athletes.
