Event Details


Dragon Trail is a Multi-Station fitness trail aimed at engaging Singaporeans above the age of 50 to exercise and stay fit in a fun and engaging manner.

This event will also act as a gauge for senior citizens to find out their fitness level, and at the same time learn useful tips and exercises on how they can continue to improve strength, balance, cardio, mobility and flexibility for a better quality of daily life!

(Frequently Asked Questions)


How long will each participant take to finish the Dragon Trail (6 stations)?

It is expected to take 6-8 minutes per participant to complete the entire Dragon Trail.

What if the participant cannot finish a station?

Should a participant not be able to complete a station due to unsuitability, we will have alternative tasks at the station for them to complete before moving to the next station.

Tasks can consists of either:

  • 15 sit and stand (from a chair)
  • Answer 5 questions regarding Singapore
